Ticket costs will go towards the cost of the play e.g. costumes, rental, lights, sound etc and any other money raised will go towards purchase of ipads in the school. Children who are attending the school do not need to purchase a ticket as they are onstage.

Raffle

We are also having a raffle. If you can donate a raffle prize, please drop it into the school.

Children to wear on the night

Parents are asked to ensure their child is wearing black t-shirt, black leggings/trousers & black pumps on the night. This will make it much easier for the children to put on their costumes.

You can put make up on your child, style their hair etc in accordance to their character.

If you do not want your child’s face to be painted, please let class teacher know

Call times will be given to parents on Monday. This will tell you what time your child needs to arrive at Tyrrelstown Community Centre at on Friday next.

Volunteers Needed

We are still looking for volunteers to help with costumes. Please drop into the Parent’s Room any day or time that you are free.

We also need volunteers to help on the night with organisation, the door, the tuck shop and to sell raffle tickets. Please tell a member of staff if you can help us.

If you have any queries, please speak to a member of staff or contact the school.
