peterpancostumeWe need help in sourcing material for costumes and making costumes!

As you are all aware we are currently preparing for our Whole School Production of Peter Pan – the Musical, which is on the 19th of June @6.30pm in Tyrrelstown Community Centre.

We are actively preparing costumes for the play and we need your assistance.

If you have any of the following at home, that you could let us keep as costumes that would be much appreciated. Items may be altered and will not be returned.

Fairies:

  • Tutu / Fairy dresses
  • Tutu material
  • Wings
  • Wand

Pirates

  • Striped t-shirts
  • Old white shirts
  • Pirate hats
  • Eye patches
  • Swords

Lost Boys

  • Old shirts
  • Faux fur
  • Wool hats
Mermaids

  • Glittery tops
  • Sequins tops
  • Sea shells
  • Boa

Native American Costumes

  • Beaded jackets/shirts
  • Beaded necklaces
  • Brown/beige shirts
  • Brown/beige tops/dresses
  • Brown leggings/trousers/skirts
  • Ribbon
  • Feathers

If you happen to have the “real” costume items at home, and are willing to donate, we could greatly appreciate it.

If you have any old sheets / curtains at home, we would like to use them to create costumes and back drops.

From Monday 8th of June, we will have a costume room upstairs, whereby staff and parents will be working together to create costumes. If are free to drop in and help, or would prefer to do some costumes at home, please let us know.

Items can be dropped in at any time into the office. We look forward to working with you to make Neverland a reality on June 19th.

Thanks for your continued support, as always.
