Junior Infants have been learning all about people in the community who help us. We’ve talked about everyone from doctors, plumbers and lollipop people, to bus drivers, teachers and Gardai! Today we were lucky enough to have a visit from our local community Garda, Daire. He spoke to us about his job and all the different ways he helps in the local community. He then brought us outside to look at his garda car! Chestnut Class also prepared a short video and song that they played during assembly and are excited to share it with you!
