Our annual Intercultural May performances take place next week! To keep the show from running for long periods of time, this year we have chosen to break our performances up into 3 separate shows.

Tuesday May 23rd – Senior Infants, 4th Class & 5th Class (8:45am – 9:30am approx)

Wednesday May 24th – Junior Infants & 6th Class (8:45am – 9:20am approx)

Thursday May 25th – Holly, Hawthorn, Maple Class, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class (8:45am – 9:45am approx)

Performances will take place in the hall and doors will open as soon as all classes have finished entering the building.

Projects and art from the classes performing will be on display at the back of the room with the show starting at 8:45am each morning. There will be tea and coffee after the show ends.

Parents are invited to bring food representing their country or culture and these items can be dropped off at a table which will be at the front of the school from 8:20am. Staff will put the food items out at the back of the hall when performances are finished.

Parents are also welcome to send food into their child’s class for the children to sample. Extra points if it’s food from the country your child is learning about!

Reminder: Our school is nut and sesame free. We would kindle request that ingredients are listed on any items being brought in or sent to classrooms.
