Experiments in Willow Class

In the Willow class, we carried out two exciting experiments for Science Week this week. We made ooblec slime from cornflour and water. We observed how the slime becomes a solid or a liquid depending on the pressure you apply. It was just like quick sand!On Friday, we explored density by using oil and water to make lava lamps. We then dropped in an alka seltzer tablet and watched it bubble and mix together.
