ethos conferenceEducate Together is delighted to announce that it will hold its Ethical Education Conference at the Alexander Hotel, 25-26 November 2016. 

Titled ‘Raising The Student Voice’, this conference will bring together a plethora of educationalists to discuss strategies and classroom activities that will encourage students to speak up and speak out. In addition, there will be a another TeachMeet that was a great success last year. In keeping with the theme of the conference, we will also host a ‘StudentMeet’ where children in Educate Together schools can exchange ideas. 

This is sure to be a stimulating and fun conference. Book early to avoid disappointment!

6.30 – 8.00: Keynote Address by Dr Niall Muldoon, Ombudsman for Children

 

Saturday November 26

9.30 – 11.00: TeachMeet (facilitated by Simon and Rozz Lewis)

11.00 – 11.30: Break

11.30 – 1.00: Address by Prof Laura Lundy, Queen’s University Belfast

1.00 – 2.00: Lunch

2.00 – 3.30: Workshop (5 choices)

3.40 – 5.10: Workshop (5 choices)
