Weekly Event – Every Saturday: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

IBM CoderDojo  provides informal sessions for children aged 7 – 16 interested in coding and exploring technology. Children are encouraged to learn by themselves and with other children with assistance from mentors and volunteers.

CoderDojo is a movement of free coding clubs for children and young people where members learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and more. They meet like-minded people, show off what they have been working on, pass on what they know and generally learn that it is cool to be clever and to share stuff.

How can my child participate?

Reserve a ticket for each child attending. Click here to reserve a place.

Once registered, you will receive a mail confirmation of booking/attendance from Eventbrite, if not please review booking made.

PLEASE NOTE: Parents must accompany children on to and off IBM facilities. Parents must remain with children at all times. This is a two-hour event. Please arrive a minium of 15 minutes before start to faciliate registration.

Remember to bring:

  • A fully charged laptop (& Power lead)
  • A USB Key (if possible)
  • A packed lunch (if required)
  • A parent / Guardian (This will be strictly enforced)

**IBM CoderDojo sessions of 2013/2014 term**

(New learning material and coding challenges to be shared on kick-off day)

Due to space restriction, IBM will not be able to allow anyone to attend the IBM CoderDojo Session without tickets, unfortunately no exception will be made.

IBM CoderDojo  provides informal sessions for children aged 7 – 16 interested in coding and exploring technology. Children are encouraged to learn by themselves and with other children with assistance from mentors and volunteers.

Due to high demand and limited resources, please understand that IBM cannot operate a waiting list for this event. All sessions will run on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, we may not always reply to individual queries but we will make best effort to do so. These events are run by a team of dedicated volunteers all of whom work full-time.
