After School Clubs Term 2

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS 2013

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We will be running 3 after school clubs in Term 2 (January – March) for Senior Infants and Senior Classes.

We will be running 2 after school clubs in Term 2 for Junior Infants.

After school clubs will run for 8 weeks, starting on Monday January 21^st  and will end on Wednesday, 13^th of March 2013. (Week starting Jan 21^st, jan 28^th, Feb 4^th, Feb 11^th, Feb 18^th, Feb 25^th, March 4^th, March 11^th)

Clubs will run from 1.10pm – 2.10pm each day for Junior and Senior Infants.

Clubs will run from 2.10pm – 3.10pm for Senior Classes (1^st – 4^th class)

Parents are asked for €2 per after school club to help cover the costs of running clubs and materials/resources for clubs. Therefore participation on one club costs €16, two clubs cost €32 & three clubs cost €48.

Places are limited to 12 pupils per adult or 20 pupils per 2 adults club. Places in each club will be offered on a first come first served basis. Places will be reserved for only those who pay for the club.

If you would like your child to participate in after schools club, please complete the After School Club form  and return it, with payment for After School Clubs to class teacher.
