Congratulations to our Debating Team who have reached the Regional Finals of Primary Debating Ireland competition which will take place in Dublin West Education Centre, Tallaght IT on Thursday at 12noon.
Our debating team have participated in four debates already:
1. Every child of school going age should have a mobile phone
2. People Should Not Keep Pets
3. Ireland Should Leave The European Union
5. Television Is A Bad Influence
On Thursday, we will oppose the motion Newspapers Are A Thing Of The Past!
Maple Class and Lime Class will be travelling to Dublin West Education Centre to support us oppose the motion. Please ensure your child returns permission slip to school asap. Click here if you wish to download it. Parents are welcome to attend!
Adesuwa, Moses and Iyobo have worked extremely hard all year to get to this stage in the competition and we are very proud to have them represent us in Tallaght on Thursday.
