Elm class were learning all about Bairín breac this week as Gaeilge! We weighed out our ingredients carefully, then followed our recipe and added everything in accordingly. Everyone used their strong muscles to mix the cake batter. We also placed two €1 coins into the cake tin! Leonor and Mateusz were the two lucky winners.
