To kick off our first week of our final year of school, we completed a fun STEM challenge. We first looked at some of the tallest towers around the world. We talked about how these towers would have been built, the materials, the plans and the people involved. We then became engineers and architects and designed a paper tower. We could only use 10 sheets of paper and 1 metre of tape. It was really challenging and involved lots of good team work and communication. At the end of the 20 minutes, we had towers of over 1 metres tall!
