PETNS celebrated Outdoor Classroom day on Thursday, November 4th this week.
We learned that children are spending less time outdoors than ever before and this is affecting their health, wellbeing and development. We know that the outdoors helps young minds & bodies to feel curious, calm and grounded. 
We explored our amazing outdoor spaces to look for lines and angles, build catapults, explore soil, read & write poetry, explore the trees in Tyrrelstown House, create stories, make art, role play and breathe!
