PTA Annual General Meeting Friday 24/9/21 @ 11am

Dear parents / guardians / grandparents,

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) will host our Annual General Meeting on Friday 24th of September 2021 at 11am. Please see agenda below.

At our meeting we hope to approve our updated PTA Constitution to include the use of WhatsApp groups by the PTA. Please see the proposed PTA Constitution document below also.

We are looking for at least one representative from each class level to be on our PTA committee. This will ensure that every class level is involved in the work of the PTA committee, and that every class level gets regular feedback from the PTA. 

By encouraging new and old members to join our PTA for 2021/2022 we can continue to work together for the benefit of our school community. Through involvement with the PTA, parents can:

• Become involved with the organisation of school events, activities and fundraisers
• Become involved with the development and review of school policies
• Provide support for other parents in the school
• Become involved in the development of the school grounds and community
